Efficient inventory management in pharmacies supports continuous access to medications, reduces waste, and helps control costs, which is essential for a reliable healthcare system. The study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of inventory management at selected branches of Rose Pharmacy in Cebu City, Philippines, as assessed by employees. The research sought to examine key aspects of inventory management, including stock count accuracy, expiration date tracking, medication storage and dispensing, and the handling of excess stock. It also explored the extent to which inventory management practices impacted waste reduction, storage optimization, and cost efficiency.
