Jidoka Monitoring System plays a vital role in the scope of manufacturing companies, it integrates mechanical automation with human touch to detect abnormalities in the production process. However, the system cannot fully guarantee to detect defective products at all times due to occasional technical issues that can lead to an increased workload. This study aimed to propose an enhanced action plan for Timex Philippines, Inc. in using the Jidoka monitoring system to have a more detailed feature in detecting abnormalities.
