Summary: Summary: I this study, the researchers ought to find the uniqueness of role modelling in a students life, specially a leader inside a classroom and how it affects him and his relationship with others. The researchers would want to determine the impact of a leader identified behavior to him self as well as the other significance it relates to those who belong under him as members of the class. In the social learning theory, much of the learning occurs by observation-watching other people which provides compelling examples for role models on how to think, feel and act. Rode modelling is the central concept of the theory.
