Knowledge of animal housing helps provide the chickens with appropriate needs to promote a safe environment for the chickens and improve their well-being. Automation is a popular method in improving farming tools and techniques for keeping livestock. In this study, the researchers proposed new features to help improve the practices and methods of keeping chickens. The researchers added a feeder that can be set into automatic feeding or manual feeding, a camera for monitoring the entire coop, a counter that counts the chickens that enters the coop, and a mobile application designed for the device where the user can control the device, and monitor the chickens.
