The findings revealed that high levels of perceived product quality, service quality, and facilities and ambiance significantly correlate with increased customer satisfaction. These insights imply that coffee shop management should maintain high product quality, high service quality and continue on creating a welcoming ambiance.
According to the study's findings, maintaining these results is key to continue as one of the leading coffee shops in Cebu. These create a strategic marketing plan that leads to attracting new customers." --Abstract
