"The Forensic Handwriting Examination: A Student Guide with Laboratory Activities book offers a variety of information about handwriting and its identification through the scientific field of forensic handwriting examination.

This book is composed of six chapters. Each chapter deals with important concepts necessary for students to grapple with the rigor of handwriting examination as a course. Chapter 1 consists of a brief introduction to the history, fields, and subject matters of the questioned document examination. Chapter 2 is composed of topics related to documents and handwriting which are the primary subjects of handwriting examination. Chapter 3 discusses the handwriting principles and elements that will gear the students with an understanding of what makes handwriting examination possible for identification. Chapter 4 elaborates on the importance of standards and questions documents and the inclusion and exclusion of characteristics in handwriting examination. On the other hand, Chapter 5 discusses the methods and indicators of forgery. Lastly, Chapter 6 particularizes the procedures in handwriting examination to arrive at acceptable and reliable conclusions. The last part of the book is some laboratory activities that the students and facilitators of learning may use.
