Analysis included percentage distributions for knowledge accuracy, weighted means for attitudes and practices, and correlation and regression analyses to explore relationships between sociodemographic factors and KAP levels. Findings revealed moderate knowledge about blood donation processes, with significant gaps in understanding the minimum age requirement and donation frequency. Attitudes were generally positive, with strong agreement on the importance of donating blood and recommending it to others. However, these attitudes did not consistently translate into practice, mainly due to time constraints and personal factors. The study underscores the need for targeted educational campaigns and more frequent blood drives in Barangay Pilipog to bridge knowledge gaps and convert positive attitudes into actual donation practices. Results provide critical insights for local health authorities, the Philippine Red Cross, and policymakers to develop strategies aimed at increasing voluntary blood donation rates." --Abstract
