Law enforcement has crystalized into a profession Police academies and training schools have established. conducted in order to indoctrinate police investigators and periodic investigation seminar-workshops are being more thoroughly in the maintenance of law and order. in the proper investigation of reported crime incidence. in the apprehension of lawless elements, and in the preservation of physical evidence eventually found at the scene for proper presentation to the prosecutor and subsequently to the courts.
