Cuenco Avenue, Talamban, Cebu City for the year 2024. It aimed to examine the accident profile in terms of time of occurrence, location, type of accident, and vehicle involvement, and to utilize the findings as a basis for designing data-driven, behavior-focused road safety interventions. A descriptive research design was employed using secondary data obtained from official traffic and accident records. Results showed that morning hours accounted for 25.79% of total accidents, identifying mornings as the most accident-prone period, while the main road was the primary hotspot requiring continuous monitoring and interventions. Light or private vehicles (Type A) accounted for 50.00% of accidents, confirming that private vehicles and motorcycles were the primary contributors, and multiple-vehicle collisions comprised 93.20% of incidents, with self-accidents making up only 6.80%, indicating that multi-vehicle interactions were the dominant accident type. Based on these findings, conceptual samples of psycho-educational signages were developed incorporating emotionally impactful messages, consequence-based warnings, reflective prompts, and behavioral cues, supported by infographics to visually communicate localized accident data. The proposed outputs aim to promote responsible driving behavior, improve road safety awareness, and support traffic management through psychologically informed and educational visual communication. The findings may serve as a reference for local government units, traffic authorities, and road safety advocates in implementing targeted interventions to reduce vehicular accidents." —Abstract
