Summary: Summary: The objective of the study is propose a system that will help the Medical Clinic from a manual system into a computerized based system. It will lessen the effort and hassle in keeping the records on the designated drawer or cabinet. This will include the same information from the old ones and store it in the database. This will give fast, easy and accurate information in retrieving and updating patient's profile. Also, the unauthorized personnel cannot open the specific files instead only the authorized person or the doctor itself has the privilege to access on it. It will provide security on accessing data. This study will focus on automating manual processes and transactions that has done on the clinic.
