Other health services such as child health care, Tuberculosis,Leprosy, Nutrition, Family Planning and other health service program tapped by the Cebu City health government in every barangay are not included in the scope of study. Its processes only revolve on women issues particularly on pregnant women. The study strictly limits on patients having issues on pregnancy and a patient cannot get any of these health services, unless she is living within the barangay's premises. The transactions that are currently involved in the scope are the following; namely the prenatal consultation, prenatal immunization, post-partum consultation and lastly the micronutrient supplementation. Other transaction such as registration of the baby and inventory of micronutrients and vaccines are not included in the study. The level of pregnancy only limits up to fifth pregnancy, beyond that level are already out of scope. Regarding with parturition process, it only covers pregnant women whose level of pregnancy are in its second, third, fourth, and fifth. Other than that such as first and beyond fifth level is not to be held responsible by the health center and is therefore recommended to a hospital since it needs total health care attention and medication as well as to avoid risky situation.
