Here are some insights on the proposal. Manual process of consultation, immunization and medicine disbursement requires much paper works and time- consuming processes. The proposed system has low maintenance cost, no problem with interpretation or transcription, data can be converted easily to information,readiness of the information and data, accessibility to any healthcare personnel and accessibility to any healthcare information, data cannot be corrupted easily (with proper backup), data handling is easily ,data integrity is preserved, data communication is possible statistical information system can be provided, migration to other system is easy, can be expanded, and easy data profiling. All inputs are saved in the database. Thus, accurate data can be gathered real-time.
