Summary: Rapid population affects the growth of car ownership resulting to parking lot demand. This study aims to provide an Android application for vehicle owners and a web-based system for parking lot owners. The applications aids the vehicle owners in locating parking lot where it make the search more convenient and reliable through providing a vehicle owner-friendly interface. They can also make request a reservation by inputting the plate number to confirm that the vehicle has really reserved a spot. The web-based system provides reservation process, parking lot management and monitoring to the parking lot owner. In general, vehicle owners may somehow lessen their worries and hassle in finding parking lot and can guarantee a safe spot.
