Summary: Summary: Biolation is an automation of the traditional traffic ticketing system. It is a system composed of a mobile device-an integration of biometric fingerprint scanner, thermal printer and an android tablet, as well as a dashboard. Its chief feature is to issue and to release a credible citation ticket through the validating power of fingerprint in a very effective way. Furthermore, it can send SMS and/Email notification to the violator. The study used the Agile Methodology as the project's Software Engineering Methodology. This method is used because it responds to flexible changes obtained from feedbacks during the creation of the project. Due to its iterative nature that enables early realization of some features, add-ons, bugs, errors, and the likes, result effected to deployable results and higher quality product. Based from the conducted study, the researchers concluded that Biolation was developed with the help of gathering data in relation to traffic rules and regulations in order to know the standards of traffic ticket issuance. Most of the problems encountered with the manual ticketing system were solved with the use of Biolation. Lastly, Biolation was able to function according to its usage through mechanizing interfaced system components.
