In order to test the system, agile development was used as a methodology since the project needs to have a divided sub-functions to be more flexible output and changeable. The agile methodology has five phases: Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Evolution. By interviewing various companies and giving survey questionnaires to the users , enables the researchers to identify the problems encountered by them. With the used of the methodology and advancement of the technology kiosk portal is able to provide help in managing the public kiosk/s, notifying the users and solving the difficulty in finding near public kiosk. Although, the implementation of Kiosk Portal System has lots of functionalities, the system should still undergoes some improvement like any other systems. Kiosk Portal does not only assist the users in conveniently locating the kiosk/s but also benefits the companies and businesses that implement kiosk/s transaction processes by gaining more customers and with that they gain more profit.
