This study analyzed the relevance of the curriculum program of the University of Cebu- Banilad Campus, College of Tourism to find out if the learnings that they had in college was relevant to their career. There were 70 tourism graduates respondents. A modified graduate tracer research instrument was used to gathered the data through google form and sent it on Facebook. The findings showed that most of the respondents were female, single and were residing in the City. For the reason in taking the course, majority of them answered that they took the course for the opportunity for employment abroad. As to the competencies learned in college, most of them learned communication skills. The researchers concluded that the graduates were employed in the field which is related to their course. Thus, the researchers recommended that a curriculum intervention plan that would be strengthen the curriculum program of the college of tourism be implemented, conduct of a program that would be enhance the curriculum program of the College of Tourism would also be done.
