They can be a measure of efficiency and effectiveness, but still the real score is on their employability and their inclusion in the work force after the completion of their course. This study aims to determine the employability of the University of Cebu- Banilad Bachelor of Science In Accountancy graduates. Findings of which will serves as bases for a proposed intervention plan. This study utilized descriptive design using purposive ransom sampling and with the use of a standardized tool by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). There were fifty (52) randomly selected graduate respondents in this investigation. The following statistical treatments were applied: simple percentage to determine the profile of the respondents and ranks was used to analyze the data on items that entails multiple responses. All graduates were employed within a month or closer after graduation or after taking the CPA Licensure Examination. Majority of them were are working within their field of specialization while others are also competitive in other business related carriers like sales, finance and etc. It can be noted further that there are relevant skills that needs to be enhanced so that the graduates of this program could have competitive advantage in the labor market both locally and abroad. The skill that needs to be improved on the part of the student was communication skills. Some of our students are less confident in interacting with others despite of the problem solving and critical thinking skills they have. It is concluded that the graduates of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in a higher education institution were employable. But there is still a need to improve certain aspect of the curriculum as well as in the teaching and learning activities in the class which can be in the course syllabi so that the skills that need to improve on the part of the student can be addressed. As revealed in the findings of the study communication skills of the students should be improve and enhance so these should be considered in the revisiting and revision of the curriculum.
