Situations where homeowners cannot distinguish the right protocol or the first thing to do in times of distress. In order to address that, the researchers developed eyeCam mobile CCTV: Internet-based home security surveillance with fire alarm system where it will help homeowners eradicate dilemmas of how they can handle certain emergencies. With this application, getting immediate responses from designated authorities would now be a breeze. The local police will now be able to address theft and make our daily living secured 24 hours a day. The fire departments as well will now be able to give an immediate alert and response to house properties or establishments the soonest time possible thanks to the immediate response protocol implemented in our application. By using the Agile methodology as our research method, the researchers were able to study and apply the use of different technologies that are present and useful on android mobile platforms to be able to answer and address the statement of the problem which is report and respond emergency situations. Examples of these technologies are Global Positioning System (GPS), Google maps, IP camera, and fire detector. Using the GPS and Google maps, the authorities will now be able to get the exact location of the incident and be able to give an immediate response to the situation.
