A standardized research questionnaire from McGraw-Hill Education authored by Rhonda Bailey was being adopted in the gathering of data. T-test and simple percent were utilized to analyze the data. The results indicated that in the pre-test and post-test the score of group A and B were poor. There was no significant difference in the results in the pre-test and post-test. Moreover, the score gain indicated a significant difference in the mean of both groups this result signified that group A to have a a higher mean than group B. The groups may have homogeneous result in the pre-test, and the use of pure English as an instructional medium could help students be accustomed to developing speaking ability and capacity to understand the second language so with the integrating it to another field of endeavor. However, bilingualism as the use of two or more languages proficiently by an individual had the sufficient instruction of the language for a specific goal and had the higher performance rating base on the result undertaken.
