This investigation assess the training needs of the department heads, deans, chairpersons, and non-teaching staff of the University of Cebu-Banilad to be able to craft with an extensive development plan. Using purposive sampling method there were 18 department and academic heads and 33 non teaching personnel. A modified training needs assessment tool was used to gather data. To analyze the data, the following were the statistical treatments applied: simple percentage and weighted mean. The results revealed that the department heads and academic heads need trainings on management and supervisory skills, research and personal and interpersonal development while the non-teaching staff needs trainings on administrative course, Microsoft applications; skills in accounting, finance using technology, taking down and reporting minutes of the meeting research methods as well as on the personal and interpersonal skills development.Item type | Current location | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode |
