To face the challenges, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) recognizes the need to be responsive to the current needs of the country.It is essential and important that the country's computing capability be continually developed and strengthened at par globally Computer studies to be able to craft with an extensive faculty development plan. Using purposive sampling method, there were twenty-nine faculty members teaching both the professional and general education courses. A modified training needs assessment tool was used to gather data. To analyze the data, the following were the statistical treatments applied. simple percentage and weighted mean.
