This research aimed to identify the motivation and attitude of the respondents, as well as the significant relationship of their profile and affective determinants. The researchers first defined affective determinants and explained how they affect a learners acquisition. To know these, the researchers used a descriptive method and an adapted-modified questionnaire to investigate their motivation and attitude level. 42 grade 11 HUMSS students from Tingub National School was given a survey questionnaire composed of two parts. The first part is a 20 items statements talking about the motivational reasons, and the second part is another 20 items statement about the respondents attitude. Through the discussion, the results showed that there is no significant relationship on some of the respondents profile and affective determinants, but different motivation and attitude reasons differ from each of the respondents perspective. To this end, an English supplementary kit was recommended to improve the respondents affective determinants towards learning English. It is a kit which consists of fun activities focusing on English lessons that will stimulate the respondents motivation and attitude.
