On the other hand, the teacher also gains the respect of the students for them to avoid illegal vices. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of illegal vices prevention program in Pagsabungan National High School. This study employed descriptive-correlation design utilizing researcher-made questionnaire in determining the effectiveness on illegal vices prevention program as perceived by one hundred (100) students in the Pagsabungan National High School. Data were treaded using simple percent weighted mean, and chi-square test of independence. The results revealed that majority of the respondents were within the age range of 15-16 years old. Sixty-seven percent (67%) of the respondents were female. The respondents moderately agreed that the effectivity of the illegal vices prevention program of Pagsabungan National High School. There was no significant relationship detected between the profile of the respondents and their perception of the illegal vices prevention program. It was concluded that the respondent in Pagsabungan National High School perceived of moderate illegal vices prevention program.
