This study seeks to answer the following questions: 1. What is the profile of the respondents, in terms of : 1.1 Age; 1.2 Sex; and 1.3 educational attainment? 2. Are the students aware of the following: 2.1 presence of the dental clinic in the university; 2.2 location of the dental clinic; 2.3 the accessibility of the clinic to students; 2.4 the types of services offered with their respective schedule; and 2.5 the presence of dental personnel in the clinic? 3. How many times do the respondents avail of the services of the dental clinic for the whole year as revealed by: 3.1 number of visits to the clinic; 3.2 kinds of services availed; and 3.3 number of times availed each of the said services? 4. How satisfied are those who are able to avail the said services in terms of: 4.1 adequacy of supplies; 4.2 completeness of the equipments; 4.3 sterility of the instruments; 4.4 competency of the personnel; and 4.5 quality of the services rendered? 5. Based on the findings of the study, what intervention program maybe proposed on each problem found? 5.1 lack of awareness. 5.2 not so high level of satisfaction for those who were able to utilize the said services. 5.3 inaccessible schedule of the dental clinic, on the part of the student. 5.4 lack of recognition of the importance of personal dental care.
