N2  - Summary: The accommodation industry has been recognized today as global industries with consumers and producers spread around the world, creating several kinds of accommodation, an example of which is a hotel. There are great hotels in the Philippines specifically in Cebu wherein people can choose from. Due to the tight competition, the management make sure to meet and exceed beyond customer's expectation. The primary purpose of the study is to determine the choice of foreign tourist in choosing an accommodation in Cebu as perceived by the customers. This study was undertaken to formulate a proposed action plan that will assist accommodation owners in taking actions to further improve the services they offer. The study was conducted at J Center mall with a total of fifty(50) randomly chosen respondents. This study used descriptive survey method utilizing a research- made questionnaire  to gather the data. Simple percentage, median value, and chi- square where statistical treatment used for data analysis. The result showed that there were more male guest as compared to female, between ages 22-30. Majority of them were married and Americans. The top choices of foreign tourist in choosing an accommodation in Cebu is Hotel. A significant relationship was detected for the nationality. However, an unanimous no significant relationship was detected. Overall there is no significant relationship between the respondent's profile and their choice of accommodation. Hence the null hypothesis was accepted. The study concludes that the choice of foreign tourist in choosing an accommodation in Cebu is Hotel where customer service, amenities and facilities are one of good qualities and price is reasonable
