Specifically, this study determined the profile of the elderly in terms of age, civil status, and educational attainment. How the physiologic changes affected the elderly clients. This study utilized a descriptive-correlational research design. There were 18 respondents (age-ranging 68-100 years old). Purposive sampling were used. A researcher-made questionnaire was utilized and the data were interpreted using frequency ranking, weighted mean, and chi-square test of relationship. Findings revealed that out of 18 elderly respondents (80-85) age group having 33.33% was determined to have the most number of research respondents of this study. Among the physiologic changes, the increased sensitivity to glare having the most number of frequency of 60 and highest percentage (3.33%) was determined to very much affect the elderly clients. With a grand mean of 2.35%. Blurred vision with the percentage of 1.72% was determined to not affect the elderly clients. There is No significant relationship between the respondent's profile according to age, civil status and educational attainment. The action plan mean of 2.35%.
