Specifically, this study determined the profile of respondents in terms of age, region, civil status, educational attainment, types of abuse, frequency of abuse and period of being in the institution. This study was also the basis of the formulation of proposed action plan geared towards educating the respondents. This descriptive-correlational research design was used in this study. There were 18 respondents housed at Regional Haven, Camomot-Franza Road, Labangon, Cebu City. A researcher made questionnaire was utilized as a research instrument to determine the profile of the respondents and their rehabilitation stages and support system. The findings of the study revealed that the majority of the respondents belonged to the age bracket of 18-23 years old, region 7-12, single, elementary and high school graduate, 6-12 months in the facility, sexually abused and, frequently being in the facility for twice a week and once a month. With regards to the rehabilitation stage, majority of the respondents were in stage 3 rehabilitation stage which means they were in the trauma recovery wherein the respondents reconnect with other people, participate in meaningful activities and other aspects of life. The degree of support systems were sometimes met by the respondents, the respondent's profile and rehabilitation stages, and respondent's profile and support system yielded a significant relationship. Based on the findings of this study, the researchers therefore concluded that regardless of age, region, civil status, educational attainment, type of abuse, frequency of abuse and period being in the institution of the person, abuse is still present and the support of all the people in the support system will immensely help in the rehabilitation process. Reaching the whole population is extremely difficult as women would not like to talk about it. The researchers have come up with a recommendation with regards to the findings of the study conducted. For further research, a study may be conducted and include the perpetrator as their target respondents to know the reasons behind their action. Topics would be "Lived Experiences of the Perpetrator" this would really help the victims of abuse or survivors of abuse to know the significance of their actions. The action plan was made for the purpose of addressing the findings of the study which is the rehabilitation stages and the degree of support given by the support system among survivors of abuse ER -
