It upholds the standards as center of excellence in nursing. And assured that the quality of nursing practice is evident not only through academic performance but more so in the related learning experience (RLE) both clinical and community. The main objective of this study are the following: to investigate how empowered are the level IV student nurses of the said university in their related learning experience at different affiliating hospitals, to determine if the affiliating hospitals are able to provide positive learning environment, to identify factors that hinders the empowerment of the student nurses in their related learning experience and lastly to serve as an aid developing an effective clinical learning strategy in learning education. This study was conduced to determine the extent of empowerment given to student nurses in the performance of Related Learning experience. This further presents some recommendations which have been formulated for the purpose of improving the study and for the future researchers as a basis and a guide in their research study to come up wit a satisfactory output. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher conducted that the students are most empowered in terms to access to information, support,and opportunity to lean and develop in District Hospitals and more empowered in terms of resources at Chong Hua Hospital. And the researchers recommend an affiliation guide for the awareness of the affiliated hospital on what are the factors that affect the extent of empowerment of the student ER -
