N2  - Summary: The main focus of our study is to get the frequency of using the different kind of tools on webpage designing and also to determine the differences of their functionality of each of those tools which are used by the male and female third year computer students of the University of Cebu- Banilad.

              Specifically, this study seeks to answer to the following questions:

1. What is the frequency of using the different kinds of tools in creating web pages of the male and female participants ?

2.What are the different kind of tools used in creating and designing web pages ?

3. Where can we get these kind of tools used by the male and female participants ?

4. Is there a significant  difference of the functionalities of each of the tools used in webpage designing ?
