KW - Struggles N2 - Abstract: Medical health workers, especially nurse, face a lot of struggles during this time of COVID-19. Efforts became a hindrance to giving the best and optimum quality of care to the patients. The nurses mainly struggled with anxiety and discrimination. Fear that nurses might get the virus and become carriers of it to their families. Nurses encountered discrimination when they rode a bus up to their neighborhood. This research aimed to help and be a voice to nurses and an inspiration to other medical health workers. This study used a qualitative research method, particularly an experimental research design that comprehended the struggles that nurses face in this pandemic. Eight key informants volunteered to give their convenient time for an interview through social media platforms. The researchers used an open-ended interview guide. The said interviews were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using the experimental method. Findings showed that being with their family and keeping their body and immune system strong give them strength working hard and share all their best to provide quality care to the patients ER -
