N2  - Abstract: COVID - 19 pandemic dramatically impacts the daily lives of everyone, and most significantly, the nursing students. Identifying the different perceptions of the BSN students about the COVID -19 vaccines is essential. With this, the researchers conducted this study to determine whether this can influence nursing student's decision to get vaccinated once the vaccine for COVID-19 is available. The study is survey research of the descriptive method of a quantitative study wherein the respondents for this study are the Bachelor of Science in Nursing students in a university. The researchers used stratified random sampling for the sampling procedure of the study. There are 322 nursing student participants in the survey, wherein there are one hundred sixty-two (162) for level two, one hundred twenty-four (124) for level three, and thirty-six (36) for level four. A researcher-made questionnaire was done during the study to identify the different perceptions on the COVID -19 vaccination. The used treatment of the study is the simple percentage in determining the profile of the survey, weighted mean for the perceptions of the students about the COVID - 19 vaccines, and Chi-square is used to get the results for the significant relationship of the profile of the students and its different perceptions. The study's findings in the profile in terms of age is the ages 20-23 years old have the highest number, (75.78%) female is the majority of the respondents who are part of the study, and for the year level, the level two has the highest percentage (50.31%). The study has seen that nursing students don't believe that vaccine will provide a hundred percent immunity and do not trust information from health experts. Nevertheless, the different perceptions of the BSN students have a significant relation based on its profile and their respective perceptions about the COVID -19 vaccine. A recommendation from the researchers is to implement proper health teaching to the students before having been vaccinated
