Despite global efforts, research on smoking among BPO employees is lacking, leaving workers vulnerable to early initiation, dependence, and peer pressure. Addressing the motivational factors behind smoking within BPO industry demands a thorough approach, considering individual motivations, workplace culture, and environmental factors. By investigating these challenges and implementing tailored interventions, we can create a healthier and more productive work environment for Cebu City's BPO workforce
