"Retaining employees is critical for a company's long-term success and maintaining a competitive edge and fosters a committed, high-performing workforce. Companies have therefore tried a variety of strategies to keep employees, such as offering incentives and programs, but they cannot control when or if people will remain with the company. This study determined the extent to which factors influence sales employees' decision to stay in Mandaue Foam Industries Inc. The study utilized a descriptive survey research design, selecting 50 out 57 sales employees for final respondents from Mandaue Foam Industries Inc. through simple random sampling. The tool was put through a dry-run process at the Mandaue Foam Industries Banilad Branch to evaluate its reliability. Respondents completed the researcher-made questionnaire, a 15-item survey questionnaire on the factors that influence them to stay in the company. The researcher conducted the procedure face-to-face, adhering to established ethical considerations. Afterwards, the data was treated through a weighted mean, frequency count, simple percentage, and chi-square test of independence. The study revealed that compensation and benefits have the highest weighted mean, with an interpretation of highly influential suggesting that sales employees place a high value on competitive pay and extensive benefits because they provide theam a sense of financial security. The Cramer's V value of 0.5286 shows a moderate correlation. Thus, the null hypothesis was rejected. This means most demographic variables except respondents' gender can influence their decisions to stay in the organization.
