The study revealed that compensation and benefits have the highest weighted mean, with an interpretation of highly influential suggesting that sales employees place a high value on competitive pay and extensive benefits because they provide theam a sense of financial security. The Cramer's V value of 0.5286 shows a moderate correlation. Thus, the null hypothesis was rejected. This means most demographic variables except respondents' gender can influence their decisions to stay in the organization. Furthermore, the researchers recommend that the output of the study, which is the proposed strategic retention plan, be adopted and implemented." --Abstract ER -
