    <subfield code="a">"Employee satisfaction is a crucial factor in the overall success and sustainability of any organization. Employee satisfaction increases the likelihood that they will be engaged, motivated, and productive, all of which have an immediate effect on the caliber of services they offer and their dedication of the business. However, it takes consistent work and strategic planning to reach and sustain high levels of employee satisfaction. employers need to understand that a wide range of elements, such as equitable pay, chances for professional advancement, acknowledgement, and a positive work atmosphere, affect employee satisfaction. This study determined the level of satisfaction among employees by evaluating key factors such as recognition and appreciation, growth opportunities, social environment, and physical environment. Specifically, this answered the following sub problems raised: demographic profile or the respondents; is there a significant relationship between the respondents' profile and the level of employees' satisfaction of the Montebello Villa Hotel employees; what implications for practice can be proposed.
The study utilized a descriptive-correlational research design to determine the level of employee satisfaction of Montebello Villa Hotel. This study was conducted at Montebello Villa Hotel located at Montebello dr. Apas, Cebu City. This study used a researcher-made  survey to a dry run procedure at Leope Hotel and Big Hotel. A purposive sampling method is used to select and classify the respondents of this study. To answer question of this study the data was treated through frequency count and simple percentage to analyze the profile of the respondents' in terms of: age, sex, civil status, position, highest educational attainment, and length of work in the company; Weighted mean were used to analyze the data concerning the factors the influences the level of employee satisfaction in the areas of motivational factors and hygiene factors; Chi-Square Test of Independence was used to identify the significant relationship between the respondents; profile and the level of employee satisfaction.
Based on the gathered and analyzed data, the following results were given : 50% aged between 34-41 in the supervisory and managerial, 49.09% aged between 26-33 in the rank and the file position, 64.29% were male at the time of survey of the managerial and supervisory while 50.91% are men in rank and file. There are 35.71% female in the supervisory and managerial while 49.09% female in the rank and file, 53.62% are  single, 79.71% are in the rank and file position, 50.72% college graduates, and 69.5% had 1-6 years length in the industry. The highest aggregate mean sided with hygiene factors with the interpretation of highly satisfied. Chi-Square computed p-value of 0.0409. Since the calculated p-value is less than the margin of error 0.05, the study proved that there is a significant relationship therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected. The findings of the gathered data were analyzed thoroughly to come up with a proposed current employee satisfaction profile with implications for practice." --Abstract</subfield>
