N2  - "Cash management in wholesale business can be challenging; therefore, the Wholesaler of Carbon Market should make assumptions and estimates. It is important to grasp the cash management of the wholesaler businesses because understanding and managing the cash flows of the wholesaler can help remain resilient in times of crisis and respond quickly to developments like effective cash management. Cash management is one of the most important aspects of running a successful wholesale business. This study explored the challenges and aspirations in cash management of vegetable wholesalers in the Carbon Market. 
This research used an exploratory case study conducted at Vegetable wholesalers in Carbon Market, Cebu City. The wholesalers in the Cebu carbon market are formally registered with the Carbon Market Administration. The informants are owners of the wholesale Carbon Market focused on twelve (12) wholesalers. They have a one (1) year minimum experience in the industry. This study utilized open-ended interview guide questionnaires to determine the cash management practices employed by the wholesalers of vegetables. The interview guide questionnaire helped the researcher gather information about the wholesaler vegetable regarding their challenges in cash budgeting, cash collection, cash disbursement and cash control.
Findings revealed that cash management practices were widely implemented and integrated into the daily operations of vegetable wholesalers in Carbon Market, Cebu City. Respondents completely agreed that these practices are essential for achieving financial stability and assuring efficient business operations. Furthermore, the study discovered a significant difference between real-life actions and their perceived contribution to financial outcomes. Thus, the researchers recommend that vegetable wholesalers follow and execute the proposed cash management framework based on this study to strengthen their financial strategies and promote long-term viability." --Abstract
