N2  - Summary: The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey on the educational level of small business owners at A.S. Fortuna Banilad Mandaue City for year 2006. This also aimed to know what are the managerial role that owners are performed in their small business, like grocery stores, restaurants, laundry shops, et. al. Specifically this aimed to answer the following questions:
1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of 1.1 Age 1.2 sex 1.3 What is the educational level of the respondents? 1.4 What is the type of business engaged? 1.5 What are the managerial roles performed by the respondents?
2. Based on the findings of the study what action plan may be proposed?
