The study aimed to address the problem of insect infestation and diseases that are attributed to it. In this case, the researchers employed a mixed methods experimental research to address the foremetioned problems, wherein the findings are as follows: that the calamansi repellent repelled all the samples of the different insects (mosquitoes, cockroaches and flies), that it can possibly be stored at room temperature without the usage of any appliance or special equipment, with no alterations to the characteristics and that it incurred lesser costs as compared to its chemical counterparts.
