"The Fire Safety Awareness Program is an educational initiative designed to provide individuals with essential knowledge and skills for fire prevention, hazard recognition, and effective emergency response. This study evaluated the respondents' assessment of the Cubacub Fire Substation's Fire Safety Awareness Program across three key areas: prevention, preparation, and mitigation. Although previous research has highlighted the value of community engagement and education in strengthening fire preparedness, many studies lack a comprehensive, resident-centered evaluation that considers all core aspects of fire safety as well as community feedback and real-world effectiveness. A descriptive-correlational research design was employed to determine the relationship between the respondents' demographic profile and their assessment of the program. The study was conducted in Barangay Canduman, Labogon, and Paknaan, involving 378 purposively selected respondents. Data were gathered through a researcher-made questionnaire, pilot tested for reliability and yielding a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.957, indicating excellent internal consistency. The majority of respondents were 25-31 years old, male, married, long-term residents (11 years or more), and high school graduates. Overall, they provided a "Fair" assessment of the program in terms of prevention, preparation, and mitigation. Statistical analysis further revealed a significant relation between the age and length of residency and the respondents' evaluation of the program. In contrast, no significant relationship was found between gender, civil status, and highest educational attainment and the respondents' assessment of the Fire Safety Awareness Program.
