It is divided into four unite Unit 1 Recreational Games explains the concept of recreation, its definition and benefits. It also gives examples of group games, board games, and relay games and their respective mechanics. Unit 2 Aquatics deals with the benefits of aquatic recreational activities and specific aquatic games and their respective mechanics. Unit 3 Aquatic Recreational Activities discusses variety of ball games, games using different equipment, and relay games executed in the water, on the water, and underwater. Unit 4 School Camping and Career Opportunities in Recreation enumerates the skills necessary to be an effective trekking guide, the characteristics and responsibilities of a facilitator, and tips on how to prepare trekking and team building events." —Preface</abstract>
