The author tries to present the content in simple and comprehensive style, providing an abundance of illustrative examples. It would be possible for an average mathematics student to study the book alone with minimum help from a teacher.
The introductory part of the text presents the basic concepts in mathematics, like, the coordinate line and plane the concepts of angles and triangles which are deemed necessary before functions (circular or otherwise) are introduced. Generally some amount of effort is made to provide the readers with thorough understanding of the basic concepts before major trigonometric concepts are taken.
Attempts are
also done to present examples which are
straightforward.
Most exercises are so arranged that they come with increasing difficulty. These are found at the end' of each chapter.
When solved these provide the students some sort of a review of the chapter.
