We tend to act normally and keep the most secret of our self and play on what other people thought about us. We are not in the era of Philosophers anymore. We are in the era of digital technology and much more we are having difficulty to engage with ourselves. Technology has provided us no time to connect with our inner self. Technology has alienated ourselves very deeply that even in 3 minutes of our free time we choose to spend it in Tiktok, IG, Facebook, online game or video chatting. However, the problem lies in our inner quest to know ourselves not in technology and external factors. I just feel sorry for those who never had a chance to understand themselves because of fear, or for any reasons whatsoever. Unless we can align our inner self and public self together, we have a better understanding of our whole being. It takes time but it can't be impossible.
