Summary, Findings, Conclusions and Recommendations N2 - Summary: This study determined the needs satisfaction among pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Barangay San Roque, Talisay City, Cebu. The study adapted a descriptive-correlational design using a researcher-made questionnaire with 100 respondents from the 5 sitios in Barangay San Roque, Talisay City, Cebu. Purposive sampling design was utilized in the study. Data were treated through simple percentage, weighted mean, and Pearson's Coefficient of Correlation. There were three significant findings, viz.: (1) majority of the respondents were within the age bracket of 21-28 years old, having a household number of 4, attained education of college level, having a role of being a father at the same rime a breadwinner, and having a monthly income of P501-16,000,(2) The respondents were highly satisfied in terms of their need to eat nutritious food and drink clean and potable water, and the respondents reported that they were less satisfied in terms of securing their health insurances, (3) there was no positive correlation between the respondents profile and the needs satisfaction of Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients. The following recommendations were formulated: (1) implementation of proposed action plan geared towards information dissemination drive on the advantages and benefits of having a secured health insurance, (2) further studies be made in line with the public health particularly the vulnerable population: the children and the elderly ER -
