N2  - Summary: Quiqscript is an automated medical assistant system that is used in diagnosing, prescribing, and keeping medical records of the patients. Furthermore, helping patients find medical clinics and pharmacies and assisting patients with their medicine intake schedule are the additional functionalities of the system that runs in an android platform. The system aimed to reduce the risk of erroneous prescriptions by keeping the medical records and printing the prescriptions of the patients. In order to test the system, throwaway prototyping was used as a methodology since the project needs to have a mature implementations that considers the feedback of the end-users. The resulting system model will hence address the needs of the end-users. With the used of the methodology and advancement of the technology, quiqrscript is able to solve the risk of erroneous prescriptions and difficulty in finding near doctors and pharmacies. Although, the implementation of Quiqrscript system has lots of functionalities, the system should still undergo some improvements, like any other systems
