However, a job seeker's desire for the best job is hampered by lack of basic skills relevant to the job, lack of experience, poor communication and social skills. This study intended to trace the Bachelor of Science in Information System graduates of the University of Cebu-Banilad for the school year 2011-2015. The findings served as the bases for proposed intervention plan. This study utilized a descriptive design using purposive random sampling and with the use of a standardized tool by the Commission on Highers Education (CHED). The respondents were the 60 graduates of Bachelor of Science in Information System of the University of Cebu-Banilad and who are/or residing in Cebu, in other parts of the country and abroad. The sampling technique utilized in this study was non probability random sampling technique. Statistical treatments used were simple percentage ranking. based on the data gathered, majority of the respondents were female, single and from region 7. Most of them were employed, who worked locally with the average gross monthly earnings ranges from P10,000.00 and less than P15, 000.00 and claimed that their jobs are related to their degree. The reason for unemployment among the graduates was family concern and decided not to look for a job and other reasons like freelance web professionals. Majority of the respondents found their first job through as walk-in applicant and utilized the information technology skills in their current job. The researchers therefore concluded that majority of the Bachelor Science in Information System graduates of the University of Cebu-Banilad were employed permanently utilizing the information technology skills this means that what they have learned in college was utilized ER -
