N2  - Summary: The electronic seat plan will be developed in android platform with Java as the implementation language and SQLite as its back- end and will be compatible in Froyo to Kitat android versions. The application able to send SMS without any permissions to internet connection. This application can sent text message in any cellphone network. Every time the teacher will tap the seat plan in each student it then automatically send a particular message to parent in regards to their child/ children's attendance status.

The application has the limitation not to send any information not to send any information to the parent's except for notifying them about the child/children's status of attendance in class. The weak signal of networks in the place of receiver is not also covered by the study and also the success of the application requires accurate records of mobile phone numbers.

In addition, this electronic seat plan application s
requires no internet connection. And this application will only send notification to parents who have given their contact numbers to the teachers. Lastly, the system for sending SMS only not by email or call. There is no transaction made if the receiver replies to the system
