N2  - Summary: This study is conducted to determine the level of awareness and extent of utilization of health services provided by the Barangay Health Station (BHS) as perceived by the residents of Barangay Tungkop, Minglanilla, Cebu.
Specifically the study sought to answer the following questions:
1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of : 
a. gender
b. location
c. educational attainment
d. residency
2. What is the respondent's level of awareness of health services provided by the Barangay Health Station (BNS) in terms of :
2.1 location and venue where services are offered
2.2 services
2.3 schedules
2.4 staff
2.5 target clients
3. What is the extent of utilization of the health services provided by the Barangay Health Station (BHS)?
4. Is there a significant difference in the level of awareness and extent of utilization of the health services rendered by the Barangay Health Station (BHS) among the residents of the different sitios?
5. Based on the findings of the study, what intervention program may be proposed?
