Nursing students who were taught during their lectures regarding health issues in turn shared their insights through health teachings to their patients or to the people they encountered. However, many reduced the range of their physical activities to make time for schoolwork, social activities, television, and other interests. Nevertheless, the need for focus on physical exercise for the improvement and maintenance of fitness remained significant. It is for that reason our group came up with the study ER -
