Specifically this study determined the profile of the respondents in terms of age and gender. This study utilized a descriptive-correlational research design. There were 90 respondents among Class Presidents and Vice-Presidents from all year levels. Purposive Sampling technique was used. A researcher made questionnaire was utilized using Percentage Formula, Weighted Mean and the Chi-Square test of independence. The findings revealed that a majority of the respondents belonged to ages 19-19 years old and most of them are females. The action plan would provide support in the attainment of the respondents basic needs and social needs, especially in improving their conflict management styles utilized in each situations.
