Nowadays, one of the technologies that are highly demand to people is the printer. As a result, the number of people who want to own one also increases such as the students who use this for their academic purposes, government agencies for printing and photocopying paper requirements, applicants, etc. Some others who don't have one at home are i struggle on looking for an affordable but high quality printing service. This study aims to develop a system that will provide an easier, more convenient, more affordable, and more faster printing, photocopying, and scanning services to the users. This is a self-service system which is very easy to operate yet it requires the user to insert one peso con into the coin slot which serve as a service fee. It allows the users to print, photocopy, or scan a document one at a time after inserting his payment into the coin slot. The coin slot can accept one peso (P1.00), five peso (P5.00), and ten peso (P10.00) coin for the payment of the transaction. In developing the system, V Model was the method used in which each phases could be verified and validated at the same time during development. The result of the research shows that it is time consuming in going to and from internet cafes. This payment will be placed inside the school to address this problem. Thus, this innovation is helpful to students, employees, etc.
